Does my client need to download an app from the store?
No. The client receives a link by email, opens the trip and can add the app to their phone's home screen. Valise runs in the browser, with no app store involved.
Does the app work without internet?
Yes. Once it has been opened with a connection, the app keeps the trip on the phone, and the traveler can check the itinerary, the documents, the packing list and the budget without internet. The assistant and syncing need a connection.
Who builds the trip's app?
The Valise team. The agency sends the travelers' form, the booking information and the vouchers it has. We organize and review the content before handing over access.
Do I need to learn another system?
You don't need to operate a management platform to set up each trip. The process starts with sending the information through a form, along with the documents you have.
What if the traveler forgets the password?
On the access screen, they can choose the recovery option and request a link by email to create a new password.
Can the family follow the trip?
Yes. Valise offers a separate access for the family to check the itinerary, without access to the traveler's protected documents and amounts.
Are the documents available without internet?
Yes. The first time the app is opened with internet, all the trip's documents are downloaded to the phone, already protected. If the connection drops before it finishes, the missing ones are completed the next time the app opens with internet.
Is the app available in English?
Yes. Each traveler can switch the app between Portuguese and English. The trip's content, like hotel notes and tips, is shown as the agency wrote it.
How long is the app available?
Online access stays available for up to 30 days after the planned return date. If the agency needs a different period for a specific trip, just arrange it with the Valise team.
How much does Valise cost the agency?
